How long does it take to receive my wheels?
From the time you place your order to the moment it hits your door, you’re looking at approximately 6-8 weeks. Times may vary due to complexity of design. Don’t worry though! Someone from our team will be in contact with you every step of the way.
How are wheels packaged for shipping?
All wheels are professionally packed in reinforced boxes with edge and face protectors to prevent damage during transit.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, non-custom items. Custom orders are final sale. For damaged or incorrect shipments, contact us immediately.
What if my wheels arrive damaged?
Inspect all packages on arrival. If damage is visible, contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
